8. Other⟡(1) ✦ About me and my work- My nickname is Swatthy, I am a fulltime artist and fursuit maker. I am the owner and only worker in my studio. It is a long procedure to creating something unique so please take your time!1.1 Fursuit type and options :
The actual option(s) will be mentioned in the application, here are some parts that a suit has (or can have)⟡Head :- Base : (this method keep changing, I use Foam, 3D printed heads -even TPU- and resin bases too)- Following 3D eyes- static jaw / (moving jaw in testing)- Mouth : 3D printed / Resin / Plush teeth- Zipper on the back of the head- Lined face innerPaws:- 4 or 5 fingered- Lined- Fabric / Printed / Resin claws- Fabric pawpads( Ask for other types of hands )Tail :- Hidden belt loop

- Fabric claws⟡(2) ✦ How to commission? / Taking a slot2.1 Make sure my fursuit commission slots are Open2.2 Prices will be calculated and a quote will be sent out via email / telegram only when your application is accepted by me.
(Shipping not included, will be added in the end of the making)2.3 I won’t give quotes before opening.2.4 I work with my own material I choose. If you need special materials ask first and if it is possible to purchase I will count with the new prices. (Fur colors, fur types or other)2.5 I will work on your suit after I got 50% of the suit price2.6 Commissioning me means you are read and accepted the ToS2.7 I will send you Work-In-Progress pictures during the making when - I finished a section or some part is questionable2.8 If you're not able to pay in time someone else can take your slot⟡(3) ✦ Payment3.1 You can pay via Revolut or Bank transfer (within EU Visa or Master card too)Paypal is having common issues with accounts BUT if you are willing to pay +12% of the whole payment we can work with that.3.2 Only EUR !!3.3 Refunds are available if you have changed your mind. However, after paid and the work has started 30% of the whole price is not refundable !3.4 You will have to pay within the mentioned timeframe / what we agreed on.3.5 Payment plan is available. You can pay the whole price all at once //or 50% first and the next month another 50% // or 50% first, 25% next month, 25% on the second month.⟡(4) ✦ Workflow4.1 I will give you a FREE concept art of the fursuit based on your refsheet.
( Artistic liberty is also an option)4.2 There are NO queue ! I accept the amount of clients I'm sure we can finish the project within the year.How it works?
For example : If I choose 6 person in January, I will start working with all of them. Choosing materials, making concept arts, making the head bases. After the first month passed I will start going through them one by one, which means every fursuit will be done within a reasonable time. In this case the last customer's fursuit will be done within the 6-10 month instead of waiting years in a queue.4.3 Turnaround time is between 1-4 months depends on difficulty or what you commissioned. Partials usually finished within 2 months and fullsuits under 3 months if I purchased all the material (If it is not in stock I will tell you how much we have to wait for the restock)4.4 It is possible if I am not able to work (for example due to an accident) I can stop for a few weeks or I will continue but slower than before. It can cause extra month but not too frequent happening.4.5 Important! I will accept smaller changes if needed because you know your character better than I BUT Please keep in mind you choose a maker because you like their style. Don't try to change the styles!!
You can ask to try any trick or special technique but don't force it on me.⟡(5) ✦ Shipping5.1 I ship WORLDWIDE!5.2 I will calculate the shipping cost after the commission is finished.(It must be sent before I ship)5.3 I am shipping the fastest way with tracking number.5.4 Once I shipped I cannot do anything with lost or damaged packs. (Never lost or damaged before)5.5 I am not responsible for the shipping fees, you have to pay for it5.6 Our international couriers has temporarily shut down trafficking to the US region due to tax issues in the area of sale. Unfortunately I cannot ship to the United States until further changes.⟡(6) ✦ Commissioner right6.1 You are allowed to share the wips with others6.2 If you post the work on social media you can mention me as the maker but you are NOT allowed to say you made what you did not.6.3 You reserve the right to ask other makers to modify the fursuit but I no longer will help with that.6.4 You are allowed to re-sell the product as it is yours but must be the same price you bought for / or lower. Cannot be higher!6.5 You have the right to cancel the commission before the payment if you have a reason. If you are 'playing' or just wasting my time you will be blacklisted.6.6 You have the right to say you want to keep the project private until a reveal - it can be the finish deadline OR arriving OR if it is a gift until the owner gets the project.6.7 Your personal datas never used for advertising. Never will be given to 3rd party.⟡7) ✦ Artist rights7.1 I have the right to post any wips or the final artwork and re-use in any websites as examples.7.2 I have the right to cancel a commission if the commissioner is rude or cannot communicate correctly. (payment will be fully refunded)7.3 If I find out about you doing NSFW activity in your fursuit I won’t do repair.⟡(8) ✦ Other

4. Storage٠࣪⭑1. Cleaning⟡ Never use hot water for cleaning! It can destroy the fur or even melt the glue.
⟡ Do not use any form of heat like hair dryer or iron
⟡ Clean your fursuits with water and some liquid detergent. ( I don't recommend the powder form)
⟡ It is important to make your fursuit fully dry, otherwise it can get mould! I recommend using fans or hang it outside but be careful not to put it directly under the sun.✦Head :⟡ If it's worn for short times and didn't get sweat/dirt simply cover the eyes and use alcohol based disinfectant on the inside after wearing. It will kill the bacteria
⟡ If it needs a deep cleaning (and don't have elctronics in it) you can carefully place it in a bath and start cleaning with slightly warm or colder water and some liquid detergent. The dirt spots can be removed carefully with a wet towel. Don't worry about the eyes! Those are waterproof.
⟡ I don't recommend using washing machine for for the head✦Paws :⟡ Same method as head.✦Body :⟡ If you have a digitigrade body carefully remove the stuffing from the pockets in the legs.
⟡ You can use your hands or put it in a bag and use a washing machine. Remember to set it cold.
⟡ Squeeze the water out and you can hang up the body on a wide hanger (that doesn't have pointy end) and let it drip, use a fan. It usually dries from 1-3 days. You can place it outside but be careful with the UV. It can affect the fur colors or texture.✦Tail :⟡ Same method, you can also put it in a bag and use a washing machine.
⟡ Squeeze the water out and hang it on✦Feetpaws :⟡ Same method, you can also put it in a bag and use a washing machine.٠࣪⭑2. WearingAlways use proper clothes!
Before AND after wearing brush properly every inch of your fursuit. It will prevent the fabric from matting and will make it always nice, clean and fluffy.✦Partial :⟡ I recommend using a balaclava, it will make your suit stay clean for longer time. It will also help your skin breath better, collect sweat and keep your hair away from the eyes
If you are at a convention don't be afraid to bring more balaclavas and change them between fursuitings.✦Fullsuit :⟡ It is the best if you invest in some sets of under armour (long sleeved shirts and pants).
Can be any brand but make sure it is a light material which that keeps you cool (because there are warm keeping types). It maked a HUGE difference in fursuiting than using regular clothes. Less clothes under the body doesn't mean less heat.
⟡ Also wear balaclava while using the head٠࣪⭑3. Packing for travellingWhat I recommend bringing with yourself :✦ Fursuit spray ✦⟡ Fursuits usually smells like fabric and glue, it is nice to have a great smell and it also kills bacteria due to the alcohol! Simply spray it on the fursuit's neck/chest and let it dry. However, it will NOT help to hide your smell. Please shower and wear your fursuit when you're clean.✦ Soft brush ✦⟡ it makes your fursuit always look clean. Never use the ones that has hard metal hooks, it is made to collect the animal's fur but it will destroy the material on your fursuit✦ Repair set✦⟡ Needle, threads and a small scissors. Unfortunately accidents can happen, be prepared for anything! You can easily make any small repair on your fursuit using 2 sewing techniques. ( ladder stitch, invisible stitch )✦ How to pack a fursuit :⟡ Make sure to put a head in a closed bag without squeezing it.
⟡ Separate all parts and fold it with care.
During travelling make sure not to leave the fursuit in hot places like in a car under the sun during summer. It can deform some parts or destroy the material.
⟡ I recommend using a hardcase for body, feetpaws, paws and tail. Separate the head and use a bag / big backpack that has space but can be closed up.٠࣪⭑4. Storage⟡ Make sure your fursuit is fully dry before putting it away. Using a fully closed box will help bacteria and mould to spread.
⟡ You can hang up the body on a wide hanger or you can use a fabric container for any parts. This will help keep dust away.
